CFV: New Quality Group Member: David Delabassee

[Rory O'Donnell]

I hereby nominate David Delabassee to Membership in the Quality Members 
Group.

David Delabassee is currently a software consultant working in Oracle's 
Java Development Relations Team.
Over the past 18 months David has been reaching out to his contacts on 
numerous open source projects to introduce them to the OpenJDK Quality 
Outreach. He has been encouraging projects to participate, and assisting 
with the resolution of any issues they reported.

Votes are due by October 28, 2021
