CFV: New Quality Group Member: Deepak Damodaran

I hereby nominate Deepak Damodaran to Membership in the Quality Members 
Group.

Deepak Damodaran is currently a software engineer working in Oracle's 
JDK Quality team.
Deepak has been running and posting regression test results for the 
latest early access builds for more than two years, as well as preparing 
the quarterly reports, keeping the Quality Group updated on the latest 
early access builds, and assisting with the resolution of issues 
reported by projects participating in the OpenJDK Quality Outreach effort.

Votes are due by October 28, 2021

Only current Members of the Quality Group [1]  are eligible to vote on
