A Group of one person seems ... odd.
We should either disband the group, or make it a more relevant and functional group.
I hereby resign my role as Lead of the Quality Group in the OpenJDK Community, and I nominate and vote for Rory O'Donnell to be the next Quality Group Lead.

Rory, an Oracle employee, has over the past year made significant improvements to OpenJDK quality by establishing processes to run and report regression test results for JDK Release and Update Projects, providing a baseline for other Projects, in particular porting efforts, to work with. He then worked to expand that program, spearheaded the QA community outreach effort in the OpenJDK Adoption Group, and brought a fresh voice into this Group's conversations.

Since I am the only Member of the Quality Group, rather than running a formal vote with myself for myself, I hereby state that Rory has my vote.

With that, I wish him luck, and I trust that the Governing Board will ratify this choice.
