[sctp-dev] Play with SCTP

Hi.  Thanks for your efforts on SCTP!  I'd love to play with the proposed SCTP interface.  I have the latest JDK7 binary from the NIO group [1], but it doesn't appear to contain either the Sun [2] or proposed OpenJDK [3] implementation.  What's the easiest way to do this?
