[sctp-dev] Play with SCTP

Hi Ed,

I had hoped to be able to push the source for the prototype 
implementation before the holiday break, but between one thing and 
another I wasn't able to do that. The current plan is to push it next week.

The SCTP project has it own mecurial forest for holding its source [1] 
(before eventually being integrated into OpenJDK). This forest is 
currently sync'ed with TL [1].

I'll send a mail to this list next week when I push the source.
