Ah, very good question/comment. I had over looked this.
I added javadoc.zip [1] to the b10 javadoc. You can save this zip file
and use it as the 'Platform Javadoc' with the b10 sctp binary in netbeans.
When I post future builds/javadoc I will include the javadoc.zip for the
appropriate build in the javadoc/bXX directory, where XX is the build
number. Thanks for noticing this.
