[sctp-dev] Windows port?

Ah yes, I remember coming across this implementation, although I haven't 
tried it.

It shouldn't be very difficult to port the native SCTP code to use this 
implementation, provided that it supports the Sockets API Extensions for 
SCTP [1]. Are you interested in having a go at this?
