Need reviewer - fix to amd64 change and fix to exit codes in makefile

Need reviewer...

My last set of changes did not get the
"amd64/java" change right, and I messed up the exit code in
the test/Makefile...

Consequently, I was getting some "exit 0" states when there
were failures. :^(  And I had to add a few more tests to the
ProblemList for OpenSolaris.

The "amd64/java" problem was causing those tests to fail on
Windows 64bit. I'll test the snot out of this before pushing. ;~)

Nothing is easy.... :^(
