I think you should send email to hotspot-runtime-dev at openjdk.java.net
and serviceability-dev at openjdk.java.net, asking how to integrate this change.
You can consider me a reviewer, and I'll attest that the changes make it
through JPRT. Not exactly sure how they want to handle this.
