Deleted vm.def rule in these three. OK.
make/windows/makefiles/projectcreator.make
Adds and uses new BUILD_VM_DEF_FLAG. Looks good.
make/windows/makefiles/vm.make
vm.def rule moved here. Adds and uses new BUILD_VM_DEF_FLAG.
Looks good.
