For future work...
Looks like these VM ops also need the liveness check on the
target JavaThread:
VM_GetOwnedMonitorInfo
VM_GetStackTrace
JvmtiEnv::GetStackTrace() looks like it has the same
is_thread_fully_suspended() flaw...
