JEP 240: Remove the JVM TI hprof Agent

Thanks for the feedback. I still think that the cost and drawbacks of the hprof agent outweighs the benefits and will move ahead with the JEP. 

It can be noted that since the hprof agent uses the standardized JVMTI interface, it should be perfectly possible to use the library shipped with a previous version of the JDK. Still a bit messy, but workable.
