Hi all,
For almost a year (j)VisualVM (jFluid) has been running into this JVMTI bug.
# Problematic frame:
# V [libjvm.dylib+0x44691c] Method::checked_resolve_jmethod_id(_jmethodID*)+0x22
….
Current thread (0x00007ffdcc08b000): JavaThread "*** Profiler Agent Communication Thread" daemon [_thread_in_vm, id=67339, stack(0x0000700002492000,0x0000700002592000)]
siginfo: si_signo: 11 (SIGSEGV), si_code: 1 (SEGV_MAPERR), si_addr: 0x000000000000001b
It is a know bug and has been known for quite some time. Since this worked in the past, someone has bunged something up here. It happens, no worries.
The problem is this is critical bug as it completely stuffs up VisualVM. Is there to know if this bug has been assigned to someone and to know when it might be fixed?
Kind regards,
Kirk Pepperdine
