RFR(xs): 8148053: Remove unused log tags

Hi Robbin,

Looks good to me too! But as we all play with UL perhaps a broader 
review/heads-up on hotspot-dev (now cc'd) in case any one is planning on 
using those. I almost used "rt" in a change I'm working on, but have 
added "os" instead.
