RFR(S): 8191229: serviceability/jvmti/GetOwnedMonitorInfo/GetOwnedMonitorInfoTest.java fails with NoClassDefFoundError

I didn't see any other suspicious uses of FindClass in the jvmti jtreg 
tests.
