RFR JDK-8198253: ThreadInfo.from(CompositeData) assigning fields incorrectly in JDK 9

I should also say that I found this because I was tinkering with a fix for
JDK-8154176.  If there is likely to be a lot of pushback on a fix for that
- it will require an API change - it would be good to know.
