Hi Ralf,

thanks for doing this, it looks good. The copyright year in debugInit.c needs to be adjusted still and the change needs to go to the jdk13 repository. I can assist you when you're going to push this.

Subject: [CAUTION] RFR (S) 8226608: Hide the onjcmd option from the help output

This change hides the onjcmd option of the JDWP agent and ensures that the corresponding VM.start_java_debugging jcmd is not listed via the help command. Both are still working though.
