RFR (S) 8223146 [TESTBUG] new test vmTestbase/nsk/share/ExceptionCheckingJniEnv/exceptionjni001/ fails on Windows

Hi David,

Thanks for checking, I've pushed it so you would not get failures anymore
due to that.

Now regarding the placement of the test, when I added it I had pondered for
a while where it should go; the thing is that I felt that the exception
code should be tested (with good reason as it failed here due to a bug :-))
but the code it is testing is actually in the nsk/share/jni directory. So
when we did it I thought I asked if it should go there or not.

If you have a better placement for the test, I'll happily move it out; it
just felt weird to move out the test code of the nsk/share folder when what
it was testing was the nsk/share code... (If that makes sense).

Anyway, I will happily move this test out to somewhere else; I just had not
seen any spot where we tested this particular part of the test
infrastructure.

Thanks again for the reviews,
Jc
