Safepoint Bean?

Is this info something that might be suitable to add to 
HotSpotDiagnosticMXBean? Safepoint stuff is very VM implementation 
specific. But also note that there is a lot of work underway to move 
away from safepoints and use Handshakes instead, and also to permit more 
concurrent activities that don't need safepoints.
