RFR(XS): 8239379 - ProblemList serviceability/sa/sadebugd/DebugdConnectTest.java on OSX

Hi,

I have to problem list this test due to JDK-8239062 [1], and have to do 
so before I can push the fix for JDK-8238268 [2], which exposes 
JDK-8239062 [1].
