SA Javascript support broke in JDK 9. It was removed in JDK 15. See [JDK-8244668](https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8244668). Yes, this could go into 18, but since I'm not currently setup for 18 I'd rather just push to 19. At this point it doesn't seem important enough for the extra work to get it into 18.
