[jdk17] RFR: 8268531: mark SDTProbesGNULinuxTest as ignoring external VM flags

Hi all,

could you please review this patch that adds `@requires vm.flagless` to `SDTProbesGNULinuxTest` test as it ignores all external VM flags?
