RFR: 8292261: adjust timeouts in JLI GetObjectSizeIntrinsicsTest.java

A trivial fix to adjust the timeouts for two of the sub-tests in JLI GetObjectSizeIntrinsicsTest.java.

This fix is being tested in my jdk-20+10 stress testing.
