RFR: 8228604: StackMapFrames are missing from redefined class bytes of retransformed classes [v2]

Alex Menkov has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The pull request now contains three commits:

 - Merge branch 'master' into class_parser_stackmap
 - removed trailing spaces
 - Fixes class parser to not drop stackmap frames
