I believe that this line is redundant. jtreg compiles test automatically.

test/hotspot/jtreg/serviceability/jvmti/vthread/VThreadTLSTest/VThreadTLSTest.java line 39:

> 39:  * @compile VThreadTLSTest.java

I believe that this line is redundant like 29.
