I've pushed an update which addresses test related review comments from Leonid and adds some test improvements:
- remove the `nsk/jvmti` test `objmonusage003` which was converted into ObjectMonitorUsage
- rename the test folder from `GetObjectMonitorUsage` to `ObjectMonitorUsage` for naming unification
- add one more testing scenario: `test0`
- add test specific thread names
- address several minor review comments from Leonid
- add better organized log messages
