For consistency with the "Hilfsteilstrich" (singular) and "Hilfsteilstriche" (plural) used below in `SliderDemo.minorticksdescription` and `SliderDemo.disableddescription`, I'd suggest to use:
Suggestion:

SliderDemo.ticks=Hilfsteilstriche, zum Einrasten und Beschriften
SliderDemo.minorticks=Hilfsteilstriche


As "Labels" is not a German word.
