RFR: 8371991: Build failure in docs for MemoryMXBean

Build failure after JDK-8368527 due to Javadoc linking between modules, causes a failure in "make docs-javase"
Remove the link and the existing warning suppression, change formatting.

This is part of an advisory apiNote which refers to other existing CPU timing methods in jdk.management, from java.management.
