RFR: 8369806: Remove nsk/jvmti/AttachOnDemand/attach020 from problemlist

vmTestbase/nsk/jvmti/AttachOnDemand/attach020/TestDescription.java no longer fails with latest JDK. Probably GC got better during this time.
I tested with both -Xcomp and with -Xcomp -XX:UseZGC in latest builds. It was run for 100 iterations in all debug platforms. I was not able to reproduce the issue.
So, unproblemlisting this test to see if the issue still persists.
