RFR: 8370908: Remove test javax/management/remote/mandatory/connection/DeadLockTest.java from ProblemList-Virtual

This test was probemlisted, like several tests that were occasionally hanging on Windows when used with virtual threads.

This test looks reliable now. Key change may have been [JDK-8282726](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8282726).

Trivially remove from problem list.
