Yes, it's intentional. Some of those lines were already removed by another recent [changeset 91a979430e2516b5853c397a336837799928f478](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/commit/91a979430e2516b5853c397a336837799928f478#diff-6a6d33f5e9a74d214fa61fa2cc0c8e210ff6032b77ab3395ec6210769b8e57e6).
