C2 assertion failure with traversal GC

Hi Zhengyu,

I tried running all three all 3 of them:

vmTestbase/nsk/jdi/StepEvent/_itself_/stepEvent004/stepEvent004
compiler/arraycopy/TestArrayCopyBadReexec
compiler/loopopts/StoreMovedBeforeInfiniteLoop

but couldn't get them to fail. Do they still fail when you run them?
