Shenandoah jdk8 build for macOS High Sierra

Hello Zoltan,
we don't build Shenandoah ourselves on MacOS, but there have been people
on this list who do, and who can probably provide some pointers. It
should, in general, follow pretty closely to how OpenJDK is built. We
have been fixing MacOS build related bugs in the past, so chances are it
would just work.
Anybody else here who can help out?
