Heads-Up: -XX:+ClassUnloadingWithConcurrentMark currently broken

What VM options you used? I tested with
XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseShenandoahGC 
XX:+ClassUnloadingWithConcurrentMark XX:ShenandoahUnloadClassesFrequency=2

passed SPECjvm (on gotland) and SPECjbb2015 (on polwarth)
