CFV: New Shenandoah Committer: Andrew Hughes

I hereby nominate Andrew Hughes to become a Shenandoah Committer.

Andrew is a long time JDK contributor, with experience of gatekeeping and maintaining JDK update
releases, which often includes resolving the conflicts and rewriting parts of Shenandoah-related
code. He should be able to commit his changes to sh/jdk* repositories himself.

Votes are due by May 2, 2019.

Only current Shenandoah Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination. Votes must be cast
in the open by replying to this mailing list.
