That's correct.

RHEL (and derivatives, CentOS, Fedora, etc) ship Shenandoah, but none
has '2.0' yet. LRB+friends will be released with 11.0.5. I'm currently
working on 8, no date yet, though. We're also working on upstreaming to
11u (and later maybe 8u), but also not date yet.
