Can the shenandoah visualizer project be moved to GitHub?

Hi Bernd & William,

We migrated the visualizer to GitHub:
https://github.com/openjdk/shenandoah-visualizer

and Aleksey updated the docs, copyrights, license and added a test pipeline.
