Thanks, pushed. I'll proceed to posting the final hg merge of 8u322-b04.

The GitHub repos are now ready:

I think the best way to proceed on the GitHub side is just to do a direct
push of the changes from my fork to the new shenandoah-jdk8u tree and
proceed from there, if you're happy to review what is in my fork directly
rather than a PR. That seems the safest way to make sure it is identical
to what we used for our builds.

The changes from 8u upstream are just an import of sh/jdk8u largely
as is [0].  The only changes I made are listed in the comments:
dropping local changes in the auto-generated common/autoconf/generated-configure.sh
(present only due to a different autoconf being used) and
jdk/test/sun/security/tools/jarsigner/warnings/Test.java
(lost 8166432: Bad 8u112 merge of sun/security/tools/jarsigner/warnings/Test.java in
some merge)

b05 & b06 were then clean merges on top (and much easier in Git!)

Let me know if you're ok with this plan or want to proceed another way.
