Hi William,

May I suggest that we first see a few (sponsored) contributions to 
Shenandoah by Ramki? This way, Ramki has a chance to become familiar 
with both Shenandoah and also with the process of getting a change 
reviewed, accepted, sponsored and integrated into a JDK project.

If it's useful, I'll be happy to appoint Ramki to Shenandoah Author.
