Yes, of course, that's fine. Please appoint him to be a Shenandoah Author.


I will need Ramki's email address for that.

Do I need to do anything to rescind the nomination for committer?


No.

Willl Ramki be able to participate in reviews as an author?

I think so, yes. I am not even sure if the Author role is required for
this, having a GitHub account may suffice (but I'm not sure). But it will
not be recorded as official review, and still require another committer to
ack it.
