The status is not correct. For GC bugs we tend to *not* set the priority when bugs are created (so they are left at the default, P4 [which is an unfortunate default, IMHO]), and then the GC triage will assign the correct priority. This bug was fixed before GC triage got to triaging the bug, and hence it didn't get the appropriate priority set. I'll update the priority to a P2.
