Shenandoah and JFR

It didn’t fail for half a day on my 16 core machine. So it requires the large amount of cores.

Ah. I now tested with {21.0.5-ga, 21.0.6-ga} x {fastdebug, release} from jdk21u-dev, and reproducer
still does not crash. I still suspect there is a low-frequency bug there, so it would give us a
signal if it still crashes for you.
