Test failures are problem listed by [8375189](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8372660): "[8u] Problem list CAInterop.java#microsoftrsa2017" and [8372660](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8372660): "[8u] ProblemList TestCPUAwareness until 8370492 is addressed". Both are part of 8u492-b01. Mac builds will also be re-enabled by 8u492-b02. Windows build failure is fixed by [8376352](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8376352) & [8376272](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8376272)
