RFR: 8378810: Enable missing FFM test via jtreg requires for RISC-V

This test was missed while implementing Foreign Function & Memory API for the RISC-V. We should enable it for this platform.

Verified on linux-riscv64 platform by running the same test with both release and fastdebug builds.
