Yes, please.

Typically it's easy to look at an account and figure out which OCA it 
belongs to, and to do the necessary steps to verify that.

In the rare cases where that's not the case, I simply leave a comment 
for the submitter to contact me directly, and that usually happens 
within a day or two.
