Auto closing of draft PRs..?

Having a longer period of inactivity before warning about a Draft PR 
being closed seems like a good idea to me, too. If this is implemented, 
I might suggest applying the same logic to any PR that hasn't yet been 
put out for review, so that PRs waiting for and OCA to be processed also 
wouldn't be closed as early.
