JDK Sandbox and Skara

Hi,

I wanted to have some guidance with JDK Sandbox and Skara.

Since JDK Sandbox uses branches already, do we treat that repository as if it is a personal (yet 
shared) fork of openjdk/jdk? That is, are we expected to push the changes directly to 
openjdk/jdk-sandbox branches, without involving any of Skara tooling?

Probably something for Sandbox/Skara FAQ?
