RFR: 663: Bad URL in PR created by openjdk-bot in responnse to merge conflict

Hi all,

please review this patch that correctly links to the project in the merge bot's message. I also updated the `git`
instructions to suffix repository URLs with `.git` for older git clients who might not be used to eventual re-directs
from forges when the URL isn't ending in `.git`.

Testing:
- [x] `make test` passes on Linux x64
