The pre-integration checks of the jtreg is not work

Hi all,

I submitted a PR[1] to the project `jtreg` just now.
The bot reminds that `This change now passes all *automated* pre-integration
checks`
and checks the checkbox item `Change must be properly reviewed`.
But actually, the patch has not been reviewed.

Is it an issue about skara or/and jtreg config?
Any ideas are appreciated.
