We think this timetable is good. I have filed [1] for the first step. We 
need to decide on:

1. Cutoff date

2. New URL/name for https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u

3. New URL/name for https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u-dev
